Returns and Refunds

We provide replacements for damaged items during transit or courier. We don’t accept any other replacements other than damage during transit. Customers are requested to contact us in the below mobile number or email id in case your jewelry is damaged during transit. You should report about the damage of the jewelry during transit within 2 days of the product being delivered. Beyond 2 days, we don’t consider for replacement. Customers should contact us in the below-mentioned number and send us the products to the below-mentioned address. Upon receiving back the damaged product, we will provide a replacement of the same product. A REFUND can be processed only if the same product is not available.

We have a size chart and weight displayed for each jewelry. Customers are requested to read the same before purchase. We don’t accept a replacement for size or weight issues.

We try our best to display the product pictures with the natural color. Very slight variations on color can occur. In case of doubt, feel free to contact us in the below phone number to get it clarified before placing the order.

Order cannot be canceled or refunded for the delay in delivery.

If in case, the order cannot be processed by us, we will issue a refund or replacement based on the customer’s choice. It will take 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
