For Chennai, we either send it through courier or delivery person. You should send return the jewelry either through courier or through the delivery app (example: Lync) on or before the return date (evening 7 pm) mentioned in the order. For example, if the return date of the order is 10-Jun, then your courier bill should be on that date of 10-Jun or return the jewelry through the delivery app on 10-Jun. Failing, there will extra rental charges of Rs.1000 per day. Preserve the courier bill and send us the courier bill copy to us either through the below email or contact our phone number.

For other locations, we sent through courier.  You should send return the jewelry either through courier on or before the return date mentioned in the order.  For example, if the return date of the order is 10-Jun, then your courier bill should be on that date of 10-Jun. Once we receive the jewelry safe, a refund will be processed within 3 days of receipt of jewelry.

If there is any missing jewelry or damaged jewelry, then we will deduct the corresponding amount from the caution deposit and refund the remaining. If the jewelry value damaged or lost is more than the caution deposit, then we will request to pay the extra amount based on the jewelry value.

In case the jewelry is not available or order is canceled, you can choose replacement jewelry for the same value by contacting us through email or phone number.
